Worth a visit.
This market/fair takes place on Saturdays in the premises of Porta Genova Station, on Alzaia Naviglio Grande. You can find a lot of vintage items, records, music merchandise and jewellery. I once bought a couple of beautiful Indian silver pendants in 1998, when the fairy's location was on Darsena.
Once upon a time there was a beautiful street market called Fiera di Sinigaglia... Now the only nice thing is the naviglio (the navigable canal) close to it... 😪 …
It was okay for a stroll but could have also avoided- we were in Milan for just a day and had this on our list of places for cheap shopping.
I didn't find the collection of clothing impressive, it was mostly dull or 2nd hand. There were some shops selling antiques, vinyls and hawkers selling souvenirs along the canal. There are plenty of places to grab a bite on both sides of the canal.
Absolutely one of the best flea markets I’ve been to
At first we were a bit sceptical about the flea market. Because we saw a lot of pictures about it being really big, but when we got there around 8 o’clock it looked as if there was nothing there. We decided to have a quick look further down the river, and luckily we found some more stands! Nice variety of stands and stuff being sold. We bought some clothes for a very good price! So would definitely recommend going there!

The flea market takes place every Saturday from 10am-7pm I believe.
We got some vinyls and trinkets. There are a lot of sellers here.
you can buy a lot of stuff (clothes, shoes, vinyls, cds, dvds, bracelets, necklaces and much more. almost everything has an amazing price and very good quality. I really love this place and I think it's an excellent alternative to big multinationals.
